  Good value for money in this hotel, but its main issue are its open showers (hence a wet floor all over the bathroom and water on the carpeting) and the smell of mold that permeates the room. Also, no soundproof doors and walls so you are forced to endure people talking as if they are with you in the room. Otherwise it was clean, the bed was comfortable and the room was rather large. And of course its location is excellent. I'd stay again there but perhaps not in the winter when one cannot open the windows.

  The staff is nice and trying to be helpful. The hotel is small at central Sofia, next to the entrance of metro station Serdica. Clean, with wonderful large bed.

  Top location, 20m away from the subway station in the heart of Sofia, nice, polite and helpful staff. We were able to store our lugagge until we had to leave for the airport. The rooms were simply furnished, bed was huuuge and very comfortable. There was no hair dryer in the room but as I asked for one at the reception, they were able to bring one to me within 5-10 minutes. The only thing that I didn't like was the lack of a separate shower cabin in the bathroom. After taking a shower it took a couple of hours for the water on the floor to dry.

  Hotel is tidy and neat. Rooms are equipped with air condition, wifi, toilet and shower. Everything is clean and the staff is very helpful. It is located near the metro station and only few minutes from the city center. I would give it 5 stars if they made a better solution of water drainage in the bathroom cause after you take a shower the floor is all wet.
