  Non-hotel residents are offered with the opportunity to choose from different spa services and packages for low prices. Not sure if outdoor pool could be included, the weather was not perfect for that.

  The stuff was very polite and helpful, also the price is very good for what you receive as a service. The food at the restaurant was excellent.

  Good & quiet hotel located near the centre of Bankya, very kind staff, nice outdoor pool.
