  Had a wonderful time here staff are amazing and felt at home straight away. I would like to say a special thank you to the bar man Iskren and the ladies who run the spa they go above and beyond for the customers here. Because of them I would definitely return and recommend to my friends. Thank you for making mine and my partners holiday soo memorable you deserve a huge bonus. 👌

  Having a 10 day holiday here right now and I’m so impressed we’re booking again for June next year. The staff are so friendly and helpful in all areas, the dinning area and food are excellent. The rooms are spotless and well maintained. We are blessed having a sea view and the beautiful sight of the old town at night. The pool bar is open evenings so you can sit taking in the views in the quiet relaxed atmosphere and enjoy your favourite drink. We’ve stayed in Bulgaria before but Arsena is by far the best yet, perfect location right on the beach so the poolside is never over crowded. Old Nesebar town is only a short walk as is the new town. If your thinking of a visit to Bulgaria check out this hotel.

  The hotel segregates people by nationality. 4* hotel? No, one storm and you have water in the room.. If you are German or English you are first class. If you're from a different country. You are staying in rooms for 2 *. The source of odor in the corridor and the bathroom is in the basement.

  Grate place for family holidays! Proper food. Clean rooms and resort. Nice stuff. Grate animation team. Next to the beach. Next to Nesebar old town. It's worth to visit!
