  I arrived at this hotel after traveling from the United States only to be told they changed our reservation to a different hotel due to a problem with some of the rooms. I don't understand why they would not notify us prior to arrival. They told us we should take the metro to the new hotel and refused to provide transportation. I had to pay for my own taxi. It was over 100 degrees outside. We missed our tour we had scheduled due to the extra time needed. We requested two beds and they only gave us one large one. The air-conditioning did not work properly. The shower leaked. Our room was never cleaned. I asked the receptionist for helpbooking transportation and when I returned to see what she had found she told me she forgot to check. We were missing a piece of luggage and I asked her to help me call the airport and update the ne hotel address. She said she would do it later and had to talk to her boss first. Not accomadating or helpful at all. Many staff members were not helpful and rude. I would avoid this hotel. The change of facilities seems dishonest and if they are going to do this the leasttge could do is provide transport.

  Very good. Beware of the new building going up nearby. Noisy in the morning.

  I was downgraded in the last minute to this hotel from a better one by the manger. Without any compensation... be carful from this property, it could be a scam..

  super comfort, peaceful and chill atmosphere. Beautiful garden for morning coffee 😊

  Really clean, with a cute balcony. Breakfast basic, but will get you started for the day. The staff are so helpful and friendly. Would stay there again and close to the attractions of Sofia.
