::Definitely Not a 4 star hotel - when entering, a strong smell of cigarettes welcomes you, the rooms also stink of cigarettes!!! We insisted to change our room because of this. FYI - Smoking is illegal in Bulgarian hotels. There is no shampoo, conditioner, slippers or safe in the rooms. We had a room with balcony, which was totally useless, because there was no table with chairs to sit and relax, but there was an ashtray with the hotel's logo. The corridors smell of dust and stale air, and the doors and walls are so thin, you can here a normal conversation from next room. There is no convenient place to stop in front of the hotel. The king size bed - it consists of two single beds. The only positive thing - the staff is nice and responsive. If you can - avoid it!
