  I want to say my big THANK YOU to Dr. Parunev, Dr. Usheva and Dr. Hinkova from abdominal surgery. I was admitted urgently, during the peak of kovid 19. These people have golden hands, I was operated on urgently, they saved my life. During the 10-day stay, I saw the tired nurses and nurses working in a reduced staff. Their packages work in covid sectors. People do not hate doctors and other medical staff. I forgot to say that I had gone to the District Hospital, but I did not get there.

  Too long wait at the emergency room. Staff is overloaded.

  Extremely rude staff ... I called to book an appointment and asked a question regarding the method that is used and the equipment that is available in the hospital. The lady on the phone replied with irony basically saying that I don’t have the right to ask and put the phone down! Apparently they don’t need patients! Thanks god there 1000 other hospitals where my money will be better spent ...

  We’ve waited around an hour in “Emergency Care” without medical attention. Afterwards we left without receiving help.

  Bad broken elevators with broken doors, dirty coed wc area with transparent windows in toilette cabins which can be seen from the buildings around, in the second building (which can be accessed passing through a dirty parking place and then some old small industry yards)toilette doors can't be locked, no cover frame to sit on wc seat, when one sits the next one opens door and disturb other unwillingly, management of this hospital up to the ministery should leave their seats for normal people to take immediate steps to solve the misery! In evening time some partying noise with very disturbing music can be heard from within hospital, there is a dance hall or something like that and imagine how people feel there just after a heavy surgical operation, I am sure some more people will/can share more evidences of those what I write here.
