  Staff was incredibly rude, disorganised and wouldn't even point to who their manager is. The queue management is non-existent. People queue jumping and doing whatever they want, staff don't care and show zero interest in working. All and all must be one of the worst H&M shoes I've ever been to. Not even close to the customer service in the UK or Austria where I live..... Would avoid at all costs!

  Crappy but cheap clothes, store staff is comprised by people with unhappy childhoods - can't imagine any other reason for them being so rude and annoyed at the customers.
