  I brought along a coat that was clean with no trace of wear. I got it with rugged fabric on the outer seams and the leather elements were destroyed! The coat looks like it's been worn for at least twenty years ... And instead of apologizing, they said to me, "Why don't you go to a seamstress to change your leather items?" However, it turned out that it could not be repaired and now I am the proud owner of a new coat, refurbished and ruined by incompetence, without even getting an apology.
