  Visited and bought a blouse here before store closing. Service staff was polite and efficient.

  Regular H&M in downtown Sofia. No parking lots. Two floors. Well arranged. I liked a particular pair of pants. Unfortunatly my size wasn't present. I looked where in the other H&Ms Sofia can I find it. Neither was it available as information in the app, nor did the girl at the cash register helped me. :/ So if I want to buy something particular my options are to order online and return (if I don't fit) it for a fee. The other is to visit all H&Ms Sofia and waste my time. Both options logically are not appealing to me.
