::I called them to ask if they could install Bulgarian menu on a Cat B25 phone. They said they could do that in a day, so I went to their store and left my phone for service. Six hours later I called them to check if my phone was ready for me to take it back. They then said that they cannot install Bulgarian menu on my phone and I should go there to take it back. Very poor service, no communication between the front desk and the technical guys in the store. I wasted a full day because of their incompetence!
