Excellent hotel of type you expect film stars to stay in during a filming visit as indeed many have. Filled with art, quiet and well appointed throughout. Staff was very friendly and efficient at all times.

Lovely hotel. Room was spacious, turn down service, chocolates on the pillow. Everyone was helpful, efficient, and polite. Wake up call was delivered in person. Only regret is we didn't stay longer.

A wonderful luxury hotel in Sofia. Lots of dark mahogany wood everywhere, huge rooms, nicely appointed. The bathroom is lined with green marble, with a separate shower and bath. Showers in hotels are important thing to me, and this was one of the better ones. Bed comfort was OK but not the best. Excellent value for money though.

A 5 stars hotel which is truly 5 stars worth. Excellent service as well as very nice and helpful staff. Furthermore, the location strictly in the city centre allows you to enjoy all the things that Sofia's downtown has to offer. There are however 2 points which brought me to rate this hotel only with 4 Google stars: - pricing - with almost 200 euro a night it's really overpriced (that's an objective opinion) - space - this one is very subjective. In my humble opinion, the rooms are simpy... too big. I don't know, maybe I'm not used to stay in such large hotel rooms but they are simply so big that some people would be envy not having their apartments of this size. Making it a bit smaller (but still big enough to keep 5 stars grading) would maybe lead to lower price without compromising the comfort. Anyway, this hotel is worth visiting 👍
