  Awful place. Probably the worst hotel in Rouse I’ve ever been. Rooms interior is like from 60’s year of 20th Century during the communist time. Do not go there .

  Great hotel. The room was really cozy, the beds were HEAVENLY. It's really modern and I'd totally visit again. Only didnt like what I ordered in the restaurant, the meat was dry and I think it was old.

  Big rooms. Excellent personnel. Lobby is perfect. Free and safe parking. Spa but not free. Breakfast is so so. View is perfect. Coffee and tea in the lobby is good. Hotel is extremely big for Ruse. Near to every place by walking. The carpets need to be more clean or vacuumed. But good place to rest and stay.
