  The lady at the reception was so nervous, rude and was eye rolling once in 10 seconds, otherwise place is so nicely designed and safety of kids are being handled so carefully.

  Bad customer service. The blonde receptionist is impolite. You pay for 30 minutes climbing and you wait 10 for equipment.

  Poor value for money!!!! Children are hastened to leave the play zone (you get only 1 out of 2 hours there) and rushed into a "party" room , where they can sit around a table and listen to music. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!

  Преживяването оставя трайни спомени и възбуда у децата. Много добро физическо упражнение, но и предизвикателство за детските мозъчета, волята и смелостта. Персоналът се грижи съвестно за безопасността, за да няма драми. Има и зала със сериозни съоръжения, за тренировки на по-големите и възрастни.
