  Female-only fitness boutique that focuses on free weights and bodyweight fitness. It does not offer classes or training sessions where you yourself choose how to spend the time; instead, every individual training session is conducted by one of two very dedicated female trainers who come up with the exercises on the spot. Therefore, it is perfect if you need someone who knows what they are doing to push you in your training, but I wouldn't recommend it to someone who has very specific ideas as to what exercises they wish to do every time. Making an appointment for a training session in advance is mandatory.
