  Който и офис на банката да изберете винаги ще бъдете любезно обслужени. Как поддържат такова качество на услугата толкова години не знам. Иска ми се и други да го можеха.

  Най-добрата българска банка. Има много консултанти, които предлагат добри решения, ако имате казус.

  They say all kind of stuff about this bank, but the fact is that they offer the best service in Bulgaria, their taxes are always among the lowest, servicing is the fastest, clerks are polite and ready to explain in detail anything the bank offers, never had a problem with "small text" in agreements, even on the contrary - I can remember a few occasions on which the clerks actually warned me to consider carefully details that I can miss. Unlike most other banks, when I ask for something they will tell me how much it will cost me and how it can be payed without me asking for that, something that is a well-known problem in most Bulgarian banks. After trying a couple of other banks and hearing about the experience of my friends and acquaintances with others I can hardly choose a different bank for my local needs - it will most likely lead to wasted time I cannot afford and long waiting in queues - this never happens in Fibank and which is more spectacular it did not happen at times when that bank was, obviously, under attack through the local press. I don't know how truth or fallacy is there in the stories about the bank, but being their client for more than 15 years I never had even the slightest problem and I prefer to count on my experience, instead of the gossip.
