  In the past two weeks, I had to go to this branch of Fibank twice. The first to exchange money, and the second to leave a copy of the power of attorney. At both visits I had to wait for an hour, although Sofia was empty for the holidays. Entering the salon I faced the first problem - it is not clear what the order of the customers is because they are not given a number and there is no room for a queue. For this reason, I have seen two serious customer disputes - an unnecessarily unpleasant experience that can be easily avoided. Although the people in front of me, both times 3-4, the wait was extremely long and annoying because the processes of work were ineffective. The client starts with an employee, then goes to the cashier until she is waiting for him to finish there. Then he returns to the first desk and only afterwards is released. I give two stars because of the only pleasant thing - the attitude of Violeta Nestorova - Head of a saloon that served me competently and answered my questions. However, I would not go back to this branch.
