::This is the worst agency I ever travel with. Don't believe them, they are ready to leave you to sleep in the lobby or in the car with a baby, instead of making somethig to change your hotel that they choose for you as a relocation. Their answer when we were relocated in Bodrum to an awful hotel was 'I don't care. You can sleep where you can find'. The guests are not important for them!!!
