::I need to deal with the London Embassy since I m a UK resident and usually I m very dissatisfied by the service I received. This time I was utterly surprised to get prompt help in an emergency situation with the border police. I immediately get through the emergency number and the consul was able to sort my situation out. Francesco is really knowledgeable and a kind person, he deserve a promotion! Amazing service!

::Idiot embassy with the very stupid and offensive staff. If you need a shengen visa longer than for a 3 days - look to another Embassy, but not italian.
