::Very friendly staff. I was disappointed, because the outside pool was very dirty. My mom and I stayed on 21.09-24.09 and the wheater was avarage 25C, so I was expecting to sunbath... In the SPA - the indoor pool was clean and nice, the steam room didn't work - they said they have technical problem, the jacuzzi is paid - 50lv per day. The rooms are nice designed and clean, but the bed is uncomfortable - spring bed, with short undersheet . The breakfast is an average continental, nothing special.

::Good location, just walking distance from the Botanical gardens and Queen Mary Castle. Clean rooms, the food is ordinary The design and furniture of the hotel are a little bling bling. Forget about the wifi!

::The hotel's design is worst than awful. Our room smells really bad. The wifi isn't working and the pool is very dirty. The coffee is so bad. I won't come ever again!

::The hotel is very good, clean and comfortable! The breakfast is included in price and is very good. We have for welcome bottle of wine. Everyday we have water and coffee free of charge in room. The spa is very good.
