  Personal contact with staff. They ask about travels and provide hints. 2 private rooms and 4 six-bed rooms--one female only. Breakfast included. Self-catering kitchen. Quiet location at Lion's Gate. Many languages spoken. Very interesting guests.

  Aunque los trabajadores/residentes del sitio nos trataron genial, el dueño no contaba con nosotros al llegar y tuvo que reubicarnos. La ducha 🚿 es un complemento del baño y no una ducha real lo que hace que todo el baño se pasa el día mojado. Las habitaciones compartidas están bien pero tienen poca ventilación. Esta ubicado en una zona bastante mala de la ciudad aunque este cerca del centro daba La sensación de ser peligroso el barrio. El desayuno era un poco escaso aunque la cocina estaba bien. Una de las noches cuando estábamos cenando aparecio un antiguo trabajador en obvio estado de embriaguez y no nos dejó cenar tranquilos. Nos preguntó mil cosas, a voz en grito y puso música muy alta. Fue muy desagradable.

  We could not have had a worse experience with this establishment. We arrived and were extremely uncomfortable with how the staff treated us and the other guests (including entering the female dorm in the middle of the night unannounced, without knocking). We cancelled our booking immediately, but the owner refused to follow the cancellation policy which states we must pay for the first night but not the others. I would highly recommend choosing another hostel, both for your comfort and personal safety.

  Perfect solution, both in price and location (as it is really close to the bus station). Very helpful and friendly owner. The breakfast was also perfect. I highly recommend this hostel - you will not regret it.
