  Преди месец посетих магазина и останах много доволна от обслужването на двете момичета- едното ми помогна любезно и компетентно при избора на блуза, а другото-на касата ме обслужи с усмивка.При първа възможност отново ще посетя магазина!

  Момичетата, които работят там, бяха много нелюбезни и безкрайно неотзивчиви. Дрехите са наистина хубави, но отношението на персонала е отблъскващо.

  I'm giving one star not to this particular store but to the brand as a whole. Two years ago I purchased a black skirt from the store in Plovdiv and this year I thought would be a good time to replace it. I looked up online if they still have it and they did, called, reserved it and a friend picked it up for me. I immediately felt the skirt different from the one I have just by taking it out of the package. The material feels and looks different which gives the skirt a lot less movement when you put on. They have cut a lot of material from the way it is made through the lining etc. My old skirt has a button to secure the zipper, in this one it's totally skipped. The zipper itself is much cheaper looking! Even the brand tag they've changed and again to replace the better old version. Overall very disappointing experience from how much the quality of the brand has gone down. Otherwise, the staff was nice over the phone and the service was prompt. However, I believe they've lost me as a customer and honestly I'm not even going to bother to go back instore to waste my time shopping there. And this used to be a good brand!
