  Not very cosy. Bathroom too small and drainage of shower NOK

  The hotel was really nice and recently renovated. The rooms were quite spacious and generally it is an excellent value for money hotel. Breakfast is excellent. My only unpleasant experience was at the check out where the receptionist was rude. The rest of the staff was polite and pleasant. 100% recommended.

  Rooms are ok, all clean and presentable. Breakfast is not very good.

  Excellent hotel - friendly and efficient staff, good food, very large and comfortable room. Must be the best hotel in Ruse..!
