  Awful service. The staff are rude, unfriendly and with completely unacceptable behavior for such upscale and expensive cafe. There's no restroom. I don't recommend. All nearby cafes are a better option.

  -1 star because there are no restrooms an -1 star because decaf costs almost 1 Lev more than coffee with caffeine. Everything is overpriced, but you can get a good mocha in Sofia only in places like Costa and Starbucks...

  Of all the sad and depressing Costa outlets this surely must be the very least attractive. The place is small, cramped, has no loo, and nobody takes away the used mugs and tablets - there is not even a place where you can put them yourself. The cakes are probably disgusting even when they are fresh, yet they are not. Coffees are too large in size and too small in taste. Even the color on the walls of the place is terrible. It is very hard to see why anybody would really want to go there if it was not for the sad fact that places selling *anything* coffeelike are so rare at the NDK area. The other coffee place next door is equally underwhelming.
