::Nice place, very cozy. Staff is always helpful and there aren't any big queues. Prices are a bit high for Bulgaria compared to UK for example.

::The name speaks for itself!Just a thought to share with you though.... For a coffee shop company known worldwide, I think they might have taken better care of the belonging restrooms! Staff is nice and friendly but sometimes often work and smile robot-like..... Which is quite understandable providing that the place is normally overcrowded, but then (maybe) the managers could think of some extra help (more staff) or second cash desk?!! Otherwise - not bad place at all!!!
