  Ciccione used to be my go-to place every week, my friends even mocked me for being so in love with it. The food, the coffee, the hot chocolate and the wines remain absolutely delicious, there's no compromise with the quality. If you want to purchase really good cold cuts or cheese, please, stop buying them from the supermarket - that's an offense to you, your body and your wallet. Whatever product you choose from Ciccione, it will justify your expectations and the value for money is perfect. Not to mention that it's even cheaper than the supermarket, higher quality and 100x more delicious. What makes me review with 2 stars is not the food or the general atmosphere and hygiene of the place, rather the store's managers attitude towards their colleagues, in front of customers. Why do you consider it allowed and professional to scold, yell and even humiliate your team in front of other people, thus creating a queue of waiting customers?! This happened in two consecutive occasions - both at the store on Gurko Street and the one on Belchev Street. I find it disgusting - even if your store employees made a severe mistake, provide them with feedback in private, you are the manager on shift, is this the face of Ciccione you want your customers to see? I truly hope the higher management will take this review into consideration and will coach the store managers that their position comes with a dose of responsibility and decision making which don't fit with the demonstrated attitude.
