  Perfekte Lage. Sehr ruhig und trotzdem zentral. Die Zimmer sind nicht groß aber gemütlich. Cooler moderner Stil mit viel echtholz. Das Frühstück ist knapp durchschnittlich. Rezeption gut. Die schlechte Wertung gibt's für die unmöglichen Frühstücks Kellner. Sind muffelig und unaufmerksam. Als ich darauf aufmerksam machte, dass der Kaffee Automat nicht richtig funktioniert, musste ich mir anhören, dass ich lediglich zu doof sei um die richtigen knöpfe zu drücken.

  The room was smaller than I expected. The service was good. The breakfast was really nice with a large diversity. Had dinner in the restaurant and the service was top notch the food was good as well.

  Очень комфортный отель. Вкусный завтрак! Номер люкс с балконом стоит потраченных средств. Дружелюбный персонал ресепшн. Спасибо, за попытки помочь с потерянным багажом в аэропотру. Рядом главная достопримечательность Софии. Также и мини магазины.

  "Good location and breakfast, not enough professionalism for a 4 star hotel!" The hotel is well located at the city center and features a breakfast with fresh products and a wide variety. The parking is right outside the hotel and serves excellent on all trips. Every request was made directly and there was good communication with the staff, although the majority of the employees were not over 30 years of age and did not show the corresponding professionalism of a 4 star hotel. We booked the Corner Suite for 3 people, but the third bed (sofa) was not ready on our arrival and there was only one set of towels. The windows and the balcony seemed to be dirty for months, as well as there was spider web in the bathroom. On the mattress of the double bed you felt the springs, while the sofa mattress was very thin. The general picture of the services could also correspond to a 2 or 3-star hotel - in no case the expectations we had for a 4 star hotel did not meet with this one.

  Ottimo hotel in posizione comodissima per gli spostamenti a piedi. La stanza molto confortevole e moderna. Favolosa la colazione ed ottimo il ristorante di cui abbiamo usufruito per due cene. Assolutamente consigliato!
