::I visited the Billa In Pomorie this morning 25/06/2018. We have shopped here twice during our stay here, Still have two weeks left in our stay. I needed to use the restroom while I was there, and was told by the security guard, the is no restroom. My son explained to him in Bulgarian that I really had to use it. He again said no. Not only will I not visit this Billa again, I will not visit any Billa. There are many places with better customer service, and better policies.
