  Hotel location is not bad, rooms are small but junior suites are spacious. Services and amenities were OK but need improvement on air-conditioning. Cars parking chargeable.. 8 euros per day

  - It served the purpose. I had to sleep with earplugs since the noise was horrible. Reception is very unprofessional, they have never replied the email I have sent. Toilet wasn't clean. Bed was old, but it served the purpose. Coffee tray had two biscuits in small bags, that were turned into dust. Breakfast is OK, nice selection warm/cold. Coffee you need to pay extra and very amateur stuff, who interrupts conversations 6 times to ask how I will pay 1 Eur coffee. Definitely, never again. For the same price it is possible to stay somewhere nicer.

  Again a very bad experience with Best Western. As a Best Western Rewards Diamond status customer, I have not received any benefits. I announced myself a few days before with my customer number by e-mail, that was confirmed to me. When I arrived, I got the back hole as a room. Room 307 doesn't have any daylight at all, even during the day, the electric light is cruel. The hotel wasn't too crowded, so there could have been a better room or the upgrade I was entitled to. The bathroom was newly renovated, but otherwise you just had to feel disgusted in this room. The carpet was totally dirty, the doorknobs on the cupboards were all wobbly and the kettle has a completely damaged cable with exposed contacts, which is life-threatening. Heating didn't work. The breakfast was quite complete, nothing was missing, but it was loveless and distasteful. The sausage was of inferior quality and not edible. It's always the same with Best Western: employees don't know their own customer program, you don't voluntarily get any benefits. This hotel is even supposed to be a Best Western Plus. There is only one exception, the Best Western Premier Kaiserhof Kitzbuehel/Austria, one of my favourite hotels. But I believe that it has left the Best Western program, which I'm not surprised about. Otherwise the Bristol joins outdated, shabby hotels without a concept.

  For Sofia it was a best decision. It wasn't so far by the city centre and you have some shops near it. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was good.
