I always have the opportunity to choose my day and time, I don't wait, the hours are respected. I am especially pleased with Dr. Radenkov - a professional with a very good attitude. ::For the second time in a row, my gynecologist appointment was canceled, and the option to make an appointment for the next one was given to me both times in 3 weeks! The explanation from the registry was "this is my situation". I haven't made an appointment for a hairdresser so I can postpone it for two months. Extremely disappointed!

::The time saving system is not effective. For the second time I reserve an hour a day before the desired date. In the system, the hours around mine are free when I come and wait at least 40 minutes until it's my turn. Getting results is also quite time consuming. Results are not ready on the expected date, the system is again clearly cumbersome or specialists are not trained how to use it. They can't find a result for almost 10 minutes or more!

::The doctor went for personal engagements, for which she consulted for 5 minutes. Naturally, nothing was adequately explained and $ 30 was taken. $ 30 in 5 minutes is too much.
