I entered the chat on the site, where an extremely incompetent employee, who did not even introduce himself, told me that the products could not be delivered to Economat because they were not paid online. NOWHERE on the site is this mentioned and we, ordinary mortals who do not have psychic abilities, such as telepathy, can not see it, unless it is clearly written, and it is not. make such mistakes. It is clear to all of us that in the land of the absurd, bosses pay employees enough not to starve, and they in turn work enough not to sleep. The level everywhere is bottom and this is visible at all levels in the country! Pity Medea! Good products, rotten system of work and management, shoddy staff. You lost me as a customer!

Something happens to be missing but the staff orders it and the next day the medicine is delivered. Great convenient pharmacy. I recommend it.

::Bad attitude, bad service! I asked the lady if they have any thermometers and she said no no no. However I found lots of them in the shop, and her face was so angry at all! I sincerely suggested if you need anything else, please go to another pharmacy in Sofia. This is the worst pharmacy in Sofia.
