  Would never stay here again the food is absolutely disgusting the water in the boiler in the dining room is never hot so impossible to get a hot drink and the clients are allowed to leave their towels on the pool lounger.s over night so it's never possible to get a lounger very unfair on a positive note it's clean

  This hotel is turning into a nightmare for our on going one week of stay. The managers( who are also technicians of the hotel as per the staff) is a hopeless person to talk to if at all problem arises. They didn’t clean our rooms for 2 consecutive days in spite of we informing their staff at the reception. On the 3rd day, they say they don’t trust us that the room was not clean. They made us pay (30 Leva)for the damage of the already cracked lamp which even broke with a slight touch by my kid.(he could have hurt himself)And they asked us to pay 20 Leva for the back cover of the remote control accusing us for its missing. When we refused to pay 20 Leva, they even threatened us of calling police. They left the day bedsheet on the side sofa and just threw the white sheets on the bed without even tucking them in. They didn’t clean the carpet which had mess of soap pieces all around made by my toddler. The toilet wasn’t brushed, the washbasin wasn’t touched, and the soaps were not replaced. The bunch of our used towels were left on the sofa without even folding them. And they claim us this all can’t be true, it’s not possible they say. So they (the managers)not only accuse us but also not believe in whatever we talk to them. The new staff at the reception are gentle in their talks, but nothing is under their control.

  Room ok.Clean. Towels changed & rooms cleaned on a regular basis. Bar shuts at 11pm. Beachtowels on the limited number of sunbeds at nightime with no opportunity of getting a bed the next morning. Same people on same beds. Petal Apartment residents use the sunbed too. Tough for everyone else.Management don't seem to care. Wi-Fi 15lev for 3 days. Poor reception in rooms. Better around bar & pool.

  The room was awful. The air was thin all the time. Cleaning service was poor. They didnt change our towels daily, maybe once when we spend two weeks at the hotel. Also the shower at our room was kind of broken. I ate once a whole meal at the hotels restaurant and after that i got sick and throw up. I cant suggest this hotel to anyone. My experience was that bad.
