  Практиките които съм посещавала са хубави, давам ниска оценка заради крайно малките зали и това, че не се слага ограничение за хората които да влязат на практика. Нямам против задушевна атмосфера, но не е отпускащо и яко през цялото време да се чудиш да не настъшиш или бутнеш съседите. Трябва да има пространство. Така се губи се ефекта на йогата, още повече за начинаещите на които и без друго е трудно.

  It's gonna be a long one, so let me start with the positive: Before going for the second time yesterday, my first experience was GREAT! My boyfriend was there as well, and we agreed the quality of the class, the team and the studio were awesome! That's why I was so shocked the second time. Been practising for 5 years in different studios, and yesterday I had the worst experience ever! 1. I've been to busy classes, but never seen anything like this - Instructor (hatha) threw so many people in the room, all mats were surrounded with 0 space from ALL sides (touching mats) -- person infront , left and right, wall in the back - clearly people's experience is not as important as getting paid. 2. When I saw that we both left before class started - I said to the instructor that is not okay to me - my Multisport card was not refunded because "It's been more than 15 minutes" - class start was running late trying to pile people on top of eachother!) - I was suggested to wait til next class an hour later (Kundalini) 3. Was told by the check in lady that me and my boyfriend "seem to be new to yoga, you might want to check out the other, easier class" (?!?) - we both practice regularly. 4. It was a nice suggestion from her, we really wanted to practice and also we are not someone to complain loudly - We patiently waited for an hour - Kundalini yoga had a temp filling in for the usual teacher. This temp turned out to be, and I'm not saying this lightly - A COMPLETE JOKE. I really don't know what classifies him an instructor! Here are just a few moments of what was the most ridiculous class in my life: - he had no basic knowledge of poses and correct sequence (example - sitting, standing and laying poses were all mixed up; bridge pose came after 4-5, and with 0 warm-up; he would start one pose while explaining a different one, etc) - did about 30-35 minutes of actual poses with about 25 total of relaxation - was flipping through some book as he seemingly was not sure what pose to do next - after savasana and 10 minutes of chanting, started playing THE GUITAR (?!!) This was last drop for me and my partner, we left the room when we made sure we werent interrupting anyone, because we couldnt stand this anymore. 5. Then realised the studio was LOCKED and noone was to be found to unlock us! 10 mins later the whole class was finished and waited for 20 minutes for the other class to finish and them to unlock us, so that apparently it's fine for grownups to be locked up without their permission or explanation, but not for a class to be interrupted (for a good reason). Overall, were at the studio for 3+ hours and ended up very disappointed of how everything was handled in what I thought was a very cool yoga studio.   Este estudio de yoga esta muy guapo! El personal es muy amable y los entrenadores muy buenos. Los masajes estan de lujo.
