  Nice location and well connected with the centre by tram nr. 5. Don't expect to receiving a fast service. I recommend you coming early in the morning and taking an early ticket. There are lots of services (around the building) related to the agency that can do your paperwork at a reasonable prices.

  A bureaucratic unpleasantness, unfortunately unavoidable for anything real- estate related. They've tried to make the experience more organized and less time-consuming but I sure hope it all goes online sooner rather than later

  Unreachable place. I can't understand why something that must be connected close to Sofia must be positioned out side of the city.

  Slow and very bad provision of the services! I paid for fast service to have a piece of sheet issued when there is no change at all of the status of the property. And when I arrived on the fourth working day to recieve the document that I paid for, it was not ready, and even was not reviewed! That simply meant that I paid for something that was not at all considered and taken into account, and they took the money without to provide the service!!! In addition, the front desk administrator was behaving carelessly like she doesn't care at all about customer and whatever that breach the the time limit. This Agency is a bright example of how bad the state agencies are, how bad the burocracy is, and how they do not care about the people to whom the have to serve!
