  They have a special English speaker person to help us. That was so great. But most of the parts, they can’t speak English. They were helpful but a very crowded place.

  Terrible service that I would expect from the local clinic. But when they make your grandmother who is 80 sign 60 papers that she is financially responsible for the services than you can at least expect people to treat you with respect. Unfortunately our experience was quite the opposite. After waiting for 7 hours for blood work results and an abusive nurse who didn’t stop making comments to my super anemic grandmother how all they do in the hospital is caring for old grandmas who were neglected by their kids who live overseas. Like seriously lady you have no right or business making comments to people who are here for treatment and are PAYING you out of pocket. Terrible service my grandmother couldn’t wait anymore and went home and if that’s the best private hospital in Bulgaria we are in big trouble.....I choose to write this in English to save some poor foreighners from this terrible experience.

  Probably the best hospital in all Bulgaria. Great young specialists, great attitude and the best neonantology department in these lands. In spring the Japanese soar cherry trees blossom beautifully outside and the view is nothing less than perfect.

  The hospital has an excellent clinical lab that does process a big number of patients quickly. The pharmacy is also large and stocked with many medications (including pharmaceuticals you can't find in other places without ordering in advance). This hospital is also known for the numerous good medical professionals. I've only had ob-gyn exams there but patient care is really good and the medical staff is attentive.

  Really bad hospital, only for commercial!! But very bad doktors and chirurgs, so don't go there!! After them you can go to the state hospital to recover and correct your operation!!
