::People can't walk on the sidewalk from you!

::Yesterday a team was sent from the 5th Regional Police Department in Sofia to inspect a store. The store was not working, the curtains were drawn and the lights were off, but apparently the disrespectful law enforcement officers had realized that I had entered (I had gone to leave the goods for a while). 10 minutes after I entered, there was a very loud knock on the door and there were many knocks and knocks with shouts of open - how they knew that there was a man inside remains a mystery. After I pulled back the curtains and saw that it was the police, I asked if they had an order. Apparently angry at the question, they threatened to break it, and I opened it. I started to contact my lawyer, but one of the policemen forcibly took the phone from my hands and threw it on the ground with terrible force and twisted my arms back. There were accusations that there were drugs in the store, that it was illegally rented, threats for more inspections, etc. We are about to file a complaint against this whole circus and violence!

::Responsive and productive staff in the ID department. Every civil service should set an example.

::Very nice officers here! Very friendly and accommodating! If you don't want to wait for a translator bring a Bulgarian friend with you. Best police experience ever! Cudos to everyone here!
Slav Gatchev
::Somewhat chaotic at first glance but they get stuff done quickly and well. Just take a deep breath and go to counter #1. I've no idea if staff speak English so take a Bulgarian friend along if you need to.
